John Anthony Sciachitano was born the 17th of June 1922 in Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa and passed away the 4th of November 1996 in Ankeny, Polk County, Iowa.
This is from a family scrapbook of obituaries and funeral cards. At this time I do not know how (or even if) Mr. Sciachitano is related.
